“Cancellation/Rescheduling policy“
I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within the 24 hour window will only be rebooked after 50% of your future service price is paid. I understand, things occur and plans change, that is why the 24 hour windows is there.
“Taking New Client Requests“
Please TEXT (936) 697-5413 and include all of the following information:
- Your first and last name
- A current picture of your hair (front and back)
- An inspiration picture
“NOTE“
When booking a haircut:
Mention if you have long, thick, extra textured hair.
In this case haircut service needs an additional time and will be reflected in a price.
“Covid-19“
Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 please help my Salon stop the spread of the virus. If you are feeling sick in any way please cancel your appointment and I will work in anyway possible to make sure you get rescheduled as soon as you are feeling better again.
