Hi, I’m Tatyana McMichael, owner and hairstylist at Beauty Demands Salon.
I’ve been a professional hairstylist since 2012, and I truly love what I do. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping my clients look and feel their best while building relationships that, for many, have grown into lasting friendships. Some of my clients have been with me for years, and they’ve become like family.
I specialize in dimensional color, blonding, balayage, precision haircuts, and keratin smoothing treatments. Every client is unique, so I take the time to listen to your goals, evaluate your hair, and create a personalized plan that fits your hair, lifestyle, and maintenance preferences. My goal is not only to create beautiful, healthy hair you’ll love long after you leave the salon, but also a look that’s easy to maintain between appointments.
One of the things my clients enjoy most is the private, one-on-one salon experience. My suite is designed to be a comfortable and relaxing space where you can unwind while enjoying complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, or even a complimentary glass of wine. I want every appointment to feel like a chance to relax, recharge, and be taken care of.
Even after more than 14 years behind the chair, I continue refining my skills, exploring new techniques, and using professional products to deliver beautiful, healthy results. I believe every client deserves to feel heard, never rushed, and leave the salon feeling confident and beautiful.

* Once you arrive upstairs, you’ll see Suite #250 (Lobby).
* Use the keypad to enter 112 and a green bell.
* My suite #112 inside Suite #250.
* Free parking is available directly in front of the building or behind it.

I understand that life happens. Illnesses, family emergencies, and unexpected situations can arise. If something unforeseen comes up, please reach out to me as soon as possible. I truly appreciate your communication and will always do my best to work with you whenever possible.
“Cancellation/Rescheduling policy“
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
“New Clients“
- Your first and last name
- Current photos of your hair (front, back, new growth and in natural lighting if possible)
- Inspiration photos of your desired look
- Briefly describe your previous hair color/ treatments history (if you’ve had any chemical services ,such as box color, henna, keratin treatments, perms, or relaxers) since your last appointment. This information helps me create the safest and most accurate plan for your hair.
- For haircut appointments, please let me know if your hair is long, thick, or extra textured, as additional time may be needed and may affect the service price.
“Late Arrivals“
Please arrive on time for your appointment.
If you arrive more than 15 min late, I will do my best to accommodate you. However, depending on my schedule, your service may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or adjusted to avoid delaying the next client’s appointment.
