Welcome to Beauty Demands Salon!
I am Tatyana McMichael, the hair stylist behind the chair. I enrolled in Aveda in 2011 and my education and experience there then led me to work at a Paul Mitchell focus salon. After taking on the training and knowledge that I needed to pursue my hair styling career further, and building my clientele, I worked my way up to being a self employed stylist. Fast forward to today, I now have been professionally styling hair since 2012!
Over the years I have invested hundreds of hours in continue education classes and in other professional hair services by becoming certified in "Babe Hair Extensions" and "Brazilian Blowout" smoothing treatment, which has expanded my hair expertise even further and these new services have attracted more new clients to my chair.
I love my job and I have a strong passion for what I do - it's my hobby that brings me so much joy! I love seeing my clients and building long lasting friendships with them over the years that now feel more like family.
Whether you are an existing client or someone new, I am looking forward to seeing you in my chair and giving your hair the care that it needs!

The main entrance is located behind a big fountain at Portofino shopping center. If the doors are locked, press 112 and green bell and I will open it for you. Take an elevator to a second floor. You will see suite #250 (lobby), same here, if the door is locked, use the key pad. Walk in and find my room #112 Beauty Demands.
POLICIES
“Cancellation/Rescheduling policy“
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Due to frequent "No-Call", No-Show" incidents I require a credit card on file to hold each reservation. You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. If your appointment cancelled within 24 hours or less you will be charged "late cancellation fee" 50% of your booked service price and 100% for "no shows".

- Your first and last name
- A current picture of your hair (front and back)
- An inspiration picture
When booking a haircut:
Mention if you have long, thick, extra textured hair.
In this case haircut service needs an additional time and will be reflected in a price.

If you are feeling sick in any way please cancel or reschedule your appointment and I will work in anyway possible to make sure you get a new appointment as soon as you are feeling better again.
